Is training and technical assistance (TA) required in order to implement ETR’s evidence-based programs (EBP)?

Last Updated: Feb 12, 2015 02:56PM PST
While ETR does not require that clients who are using our EBPs attend training and technical assistance provided by us, research shows that targeted, outcome-focused, skills-based training and TA leads to greater implementation fidelity. Therefore, we strongly encourage program implementers to seek the appropriate training and TA in order to increase program impact and ultimate sustainability. Your program funding may also have requirements related to training and TA. Be sure to review your funding guidelines carefully. See our Training & TA webpage for more information about our Training and TA Services.

(Please note that Get Real is the exception to this. At this time the Get Real program is only available bundled with training provided by Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts. See the Training & TA tab on the Get Real program page for more information.)
